One tribulus tablet three times a day.
Vitamin E: 500 mg per day. If you suffer from high blood pressure, check with your doctor. This vitamin can thin the blood slightly and has been known to initially cause blood pressure to rise; blood pressure then lowers after vitamin E has been taken for a few weeks. It is wise to begin with 100 mg and slowly increase your dosage to 500 mg.
Siberian ginseng: one tablet three times a day. This has been proved to assist physical and mental stamina, particularly when working long hours or under stress.
Vitamin B complex: two tablets each morning to combat general stress and increase energy. Make sure the tablet you choose contains B12 and folic acid which have been found to have the added benefit of preventing heart disease in men.
A herbal tonic made from equal parts of the following:
- damiana (useful if depression is associated with the loss of libido)
- avena (excellent for those who are coming off smoking or recreational drugs as it soothes the nervous system and helps stop the cravings for these substances)
- Siberian or Korean ginseng (increases stamina - Korean ginseng is a little more stimulating and therefore excellent for those who are older)
- liquorice (stimulates the adrenal glands; especially useful for those who play sport and work hard).
Take one teaspoon or 5 ml three times a day or 7 ml twice a day. The tonic needs to be taken with two to three tribulus tablets per day until improvement occurs.
